The Monolith ONE 66 has a grid diameter of 52 cm, with a temperature between 90 and 400°C.

The kamado ONE-66 Monolith is equipped with the Smart Grid System (SGS), a stainless steel frame that allows you to cook on three levels with the 2 half racks, 2 half drip pans and 2 half-moon deflectors included.
It is therefore possible to cook a piece of meat close to the coals (direct grilling), and to cook vegetables high up (indirect cooking), at the same time.

There are two ways to use your Kamado ONE-66 Monolith Grill Japanese style, by direct or indirect cooking.
Optional accessories such as pizza stones, water pan and cast iron grates have been designed to act on heat transmission.
During the Direct cooking, the food is always in close proximity to charcoal.
The heat therefore comes from the radiance of the charcoal and the contact heat of the grate.
A smaller amount of heat is stored by the ceramic and then released through the lid of the kamado.
The techniques of indirect cooking use a heat deflector.
The product does not receive heat directly from the charcoal, and convection becomes a major factor in the cooking of the product.
